If you're a true Wolf, you're roots are in Texas. We make a pilgrimage to Georgetown every few years to revisit those roots, located on a gorgeous piece of land literally called Wolf Road. For me, Georgetown is a place for roaming and exploring and unearthing parts of myself normally hidden by conventional life. This is a land of cacti, creeks, and cattle; this is a land I love. In July we hit all our Texas high points -- pancakes at the Bluebonnet Cafe, a dip in the Pedernales, quality time with our goats, rock skipping lessons on the San Gabriel, barbecue at the Salt Lick, and a visit to LBJ's Texas White House. Fun fact: the Wolf family inhabited then sold Lyndon the home from which he would essentially run the United States during his presidential term.
